This is a history stemming from Haumea from when they were conquered by Britannia to their freedom to Britannia's decision to conquer Japan.

Years ago, Britannia invaded a small kingdom named Haumea. The emperor of Britannia killed off the king and queen and captured their only child, a daughter who was stripped of her rights, experimented on with the use of a mysterious power known as 'Geass', and locked away. However, M.M. managed to escape in search of someone brave enough to challenge Emperor Charles zi Britannia. There was one. One young brave soul who was a former Britannian Prince living in the settlement of Area 11 who sought vengeance against his father as well as those who abused their power over the weak. His name was Lelouch and with M.M.'s help he became the masked vigilante known as 'Zero' in order to create a world where his younger sister Nunnally could find happiness, while also trying to obtain information about the murder of his mother, Empress Marianne vi Britannia.

During his quest, he formed an organization known as the 'Black Knights', an elite group of carefully trained fighters who were capable of extraordinary piloting skills. However, even with this newly formed group, it wasn't enough. Two of Emperor Charles' oldest sons, first prince Renji El Britannia and tenth prince Shoichi Ul Britannia along with second princess Riku Li Britannia, coupled with the many generals and soldiers of the military, began to cause a stir within the Black Knights' victories. For the Black Knights were constantly on the run, hiding out, biding their time, while little by little they began to lose faith in Zero. Many in their numbers from the previous rebellions, and from within the remaining scattered Black Knight members were either dead or imprisoned.

Haumea was losing its life little by little, and M.M. temporarily escaped for a much needed break and to figure out a plan that would ensure her kingdom's freedom. It was then, that she came to know, a young man that called himself, Thunder Copiel, a Warrior of Storm. To her shock and hope, Thunder had a powerful gift of healing and a powerful form of electrokinesis. M.M. spoke with Thunder about Haumea and Britannia's invasion, and he agreed to go back to Haumea with her. War raged on between the two kingdoms. Haumea, known as Area 11 was slowly being crushed as more and more Britannian soldiers and Britannian citizens killed innocent Haumeans.

While in Area 11, Thunder met up with the Black Knights and joined Zero, and using his healing powers, he kept the Black Knights alive and healed of injuries. With his electrokinesis, he helped thwart many attacks. Little by little, Thunder began to bind the chains of kindness between Haumea and Britannia. Through his healing of both innocent Haumeans fighting for their survival and defense, and his healing of innocent Britannians, those who were not fighting the war, he allowed both sides to see each other in a new light. However, Thunder was soon captured and enslaved to the First Prince Renji El Britannia. For one year, he was kept as the sadist's dog, unable to escape and beaten and stabbed if he tried. Because Thunder was forced to bring Britannia's soldiers back to life, Haumea was once again becoming crushed and oppressed. The Black Knights once again had to escape their base and find a new location when their previous base was infiltrated by Renji's forces.

Still, Zero and M.M. did not give up. The Haumeans were counting on them to set them free from Britannian rule. While they kept fighting and gathering more support, Thunder waited to be rescued, never giving up hope. In time, he made a few friends in the Britannian castle, including with Princess Ashanti, and Satoshi, Ashanti's personal knight. Despite the War, Thunder had no hard feelings against the Britannians nor the Haumeans, but constantly hated their loath for one another. He once told Prince Renji El Britannia, "The Haumeans and Britannians aren't that much different from each other," and this lead the First Prince to deeply consider his words. Renji El Britannia would eventually confront his father Charles and kill him. Renji became the emperor and was known as the cruelest emperor who would kill his enemies in a second without hesitation.

During his capture, Thunder's Warrior captain Flash made an appearance into Britannia. Renji, a prince at the time he met her, and Flash hit it off, despite Renji's dictatorship and evilness. The two slowly fell in love, and Flash began to open Renji's eyes to his evil ways, reaching out and showing him it was okay to love. It would be one year later after Thunder's enslavement when he would be freed. Following that, Thunder began to help M.M and Zero, while at the same time holding conferences and meetings with the Britannia forces while the war began to decline in its productivity.

One year and five months later, Fai La Britannia would sign a treaty between Haumea and Britannia, setting Haumea as its own independent nation. At the same time, Renji El Britannia abandoned Britannia and moved to Earth to be with Flash, where he is currently helping her to raise her three unruly children. Lelouch|Zero disappeared from Haumea without leaving any hint of his whereabouts. Only M.M knows where he has gone. After Haumea had gained its independence from Britannia, Thunder managed to gain the ability and power to heal Haumea of its wounds. During this process of healing the kingdom, Haumea somehow moved from its original position and settled as another nation, next to Japan. They are divided only by the Japan Sea.

Britannia then became ruled by Princess Rainbow Eu Britannia who then became Empress of Britannia. Following in her father's footsteps, Empress Rainbow, with the insistence of Rolo Vi Britannia, sends out the Britannian troops to conquer Japan. Like Haumea, Japan was stripped of its freedoms and rights. The Britannians called Japan, Area 11, much like the way they called Haumea Area 11. To this day, half the Britannians still consider Haumeans Elevens just like the Japanese. To them, Haumeans and Japanese are Elevens. During a visitation of Japan, M.M. saw the oppression of Japan. Feeling a pull within her heart, she began to seek out Lelouch to reawaken him as Zero, to call him forth to battle once again.

Zero, awakened will gather the resistance in Japan, naming them the White Knights. With the White Knights, and the aid of the Black Knights, under Emperor Thunder's rules, the two groups of Knights join forces to battle against Britannia.
