Flanoir

In the dead center of the blizzard wasteland lies this beautiful city covered by eternal snow. A large Martel Temple lies here, as welll as a beautiful inn. They hold snow sculpting contests in the winter, and in the summer it's still freezing cold. It snows at night here, and the clock tower glows... it's a sight to see, especially from the terrace in front of the Martel Temple.
