Descriptive Personality: Lloyd tends to seem rather confident, usually having a comeback for comments against him. And the truth is, he actually usually is rather confident, especially when it comes to combat. After all, he always had to fight monsters when he travels from his house to Iselia, and he hasn't died yet. That’s not to say that he thinks he’s the best, he’s simply confident enough that he thinks he can keep himself alive in a fight.
Smart is one of the farthest things you can say about the boy. He struggles almost every subject in school except for P.E. He never really pays attention to lessons and always dozes off or simply daydreams. He can even sleep while standing still, a skill that many wonder how he developed. When asked, he states that he doesn’t even know himself.
Lloyd tends to be incredibly determined no matter what he does, and will keep on trying no matter what. He believes that if he gives up, he is admitting defeat and that people will look down on him. However, he won't hesitate to ask for help from his allies when he needs it.
Lloyd hates sacrifices and the thought of dying and suffering in general. Thus, he hates human ranches and is angered at the mayor for never trying to do anything about the one near Iselia. He will never forgive himself if he cannot help someone who's right there in front of him.
Despite his kindness, Lloyd is easily angered, though also easily calmed. However, there are some things he can never forgive, such as many of the things the Desians do.
You can die any time!
But when you die, that's the end.
Appearance:
Lloyd stands about 5'8" and has a healthy weight of 127 pounds. His hair is chestnut brown, and his eyes, which always have a determined gleam in them, are wine colored. Many tend to think he's younger than he is due to the expression he usually has however. He's almost always smiling like a little kid who just got something he wanted, or sometimes pouting after being told off.
Lloyd wears a very... Memorable outfit, made out of red leather, with silver buttons down the sleeves and torso. He has a button on the collar as well that keeps the collar together, and is crossed by a long thin, white scarf that hangs behind him on both sides, reaching down to his knees
His blue pants are held up by leather suspenders, and crossed by two belts that also happen to be where his sword's sheaths are located. Covering his hands are two leather gloves, of a darker shade than his shirt, along with boots of a matching color. On Lloyd's left glove is a blue gem known as an Exsphere, with a ring of golden colored metal around it known as a keycrest.
I can't understand that at all!
History:
Lloyd was born while his parents, Kratos and Anna Aurion were on the run from Cruxis. One day, when Lloyd was three years old, Cruxis finally caught up with them. Specifically, the Desian Grand Cardinal, Kvar, who removed Anna's Exsphere, turning her into a monster. Kratos was forced to fight Anna, but before he could deal the finishing blow, Noishe ended up knocking her off of the cliff they were next to, but he and Lloyd fell along with her. Afterward, a dwarf named Dirk found the three, though it was too late to save Anna, who had reverted back to human form at this point.
At first, Lloyd was scared of Dirk, but then he realized that the dwarf was going to take care of him until his parents come back. However, weeks later, when they hadn't come back, he began to worry. Eventually, he decided to go out and try to find them, and so left while Dirk was out of the house. He walked for hours, before he finally realized that he was lost, and couldn't find his family. No matter how many times he called out for them, they never appeared...
Then, he heard a rustle in the bushes and at first thought it was his dad. However, it turned out to be a wolf, one that was actually hungry enough to try and attack a human. Fortunately, Dirk finally found Lloyd, as the boy was standing on top of a rock, barely out of reach of the beast's jaws. The wolf decided that it didn't want to fight an angry dwarf with an axe, and ran off.
Dirk then decided to take Lloyd to his mother's grave. The young boy didn't understand, until the dwarf finally told him that his mother wasn't coming back... He cried for hours afterward, still calling futilely for his mother, despite what he'd been told. However, once he'd calmed down, Dirk told him what else he knew of the story, and Lloyd learned that his father might still be alive... However, the odds were low, and in the end, Dirk became more of a father than anyone else.
Eventually, Lloyd became old enough that he needed to be schooled. The nearest town was Iselia, and Dirk began sending him there. As it turned out, alone, since Lloyd already had more than enough strength and skill with the sword to deal with the weak monsters in the Iselia region, due to Dirk being a bit tough on the boy and teaching him how to fight from an early age. Lloyd soon met Colette, the Chosen of Mana, and became good friends with her almost instantly.
One day, not long after meeting Colette, Lloyd noticed a boy sitting by himself at another table during lunch. Not wanting the boy to sit alone, Lloyd got up and sat next to him, soon followed by Colette. As they talked, Lloyd found out that Genis was actually pretty good at school... And asked for some help with homework. Genis agreed to try, though in the end it proved nearly useless.
One day, during math, they were learning the basics of multiplication. Once the fact that two is twice as much as one was hammered into his brain (it seemed very much like the teacher ACTUALLY wanted to use a hammer...) he got an idea. If he used two swords his strength would double! When he got home that day, Lloyd asked Dirk to make him a second sword. Dirk didn't see the harm in it, so he did so.
Now, it is the day that the Chosen is to begin her journey. Lloyd wants to head with her on the journey, but he has no idea what's in store...
I'll never forget you!

Lloyd ran. He ran as fast as he could. There was no way he could let that monster catch him... He knew it wasn't real, knew it was a nightmare, but he COULD NOT LET THAT THING CATCH HIM!!! However, he felt his legs growing weak... He kept pushing on, but the pain became more and more, and his steps slower and slower... Seeming to be in slow motion. But he would not stop. For if he did, it would catch him...
There had been stories of it, how it would simply destroy everything in its path. Lloyd had hoped it wouldn't come here. Hoped that someone would be able to stop it... But that wasn't the case. It had killed everyone, everyone in the world... Destroyed all the villages, even Iselia, and it had crushed Martel Temple. Marking its passage was nothing but a trail of red...
Red... That was coming toward him, somehow. The river of sweat he had left behind was turning red, but not from him... His breath ragged, his legs in agony, he kept running... But then he tripped, falling flat on his face. And he knew, he KNEW he couldn't get up again. But... He'd at least look it in the eye as it killed him. He'd at least do that... He forced himself to roll over, look at what was floating through the air toward him. The one thing he feared most... This horrible monster...
THE TOMATO!!!!
Goodbye.
