I'm doing it by non-battle themes, battle themes, and boss themes for each character. Oh, and a couple of these are actually ones I haven't brought to SM yet

Extremely tall sixteen-year old who can change into a dragon, and whose eyes turn golden, with flaming slit pupils when he's angry. He enjoys combat, but what he's truly interested in is protecting the innocent, and he devotes his life to that. Things always tend to somehow go insane when he's around...

Battle Theme~Breath of Beast. Boss theme from Grand Phantasm
Boss Theme~Eye of the Eagle Final boss theme from Grand Phantasm.
Kylie
Water mage who's terrified of fire and cursed to burst into flames whenever she's angry or scared, eventually overloading and exploding. She doesn't actively search for people to help, but she won't let innocent people be harmed if she's there. She tends to try and push people away, scared that her curse will end up harming them...

Alicia
Really sharp-tongued, strong-willed, but actually kind girl with angel wings. Specializes in sword attacks that are somewhat weak but have utterly blinding speed, is also good with healing and light-elemental magic. She values freedom immensely.
Character Theme~Rustling Throb A song from Ar Tonelico 2, there is actually another version of this as well.
Battle Theme~Be Strong! A remix of a special battle theme in The Lost Age
Boss Theme~Deceitful Wings Final boss theme from Eternal Mana.
Shara
Knight who used to uphold the law, but found out that the system was corrupt and became a vigilante. She refuses to take off her heavy armor unless she's sleeping behind a locked door, and she can cut bandits in half with a single sword swing.
Character Theme~Never Surrender One of the normal battle themes in Tales of the Abyss.
Battle Theme~Force Your Way Boss theme from Final Fantasy VIII.
Boss Theme~ Maybe I'm a Lion One of the final boss themes from Final Fantasy VIII.
Firo
Can conjure flaming wings, loves torturing and deceiving people, is amazing swordsman and fire mage. He's infatuated with Estressa, who he learned deceit from, but he's no match for her.
Character Theme~Confidence in the Domination A boss theme from Valkyrie Profile, this version is actually a remix used in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time for a secret boss fight.
Battle Theme~Carmine Special boss theme from Atelier Iris 2: Azoth of Destiny
Boss Theme~Red Lucifer Rising Final boss theme from Azoth of Destiny.
Brian
Wimpy, really timid mage. Really great at ice, water, and dark magic, and completely unable to use light or healing... Not what you'd expect with his wimpy but kind personality.
Character Theme~Chaotic Heart Remix of a character theme from Tales of Symphonia.
Battle Theme~Brave Beat Boss theme from Ar Tonelico.
Boss Theme~Fighting of the Spirit Boss theme in Tales of Symphonia when fighting against Summon Spirits.
Estressa
She does magical experiments on both living and dead, loves mind games and causing suffering... And she can turn opponents into dark energy and absorb it completely healing herself. Villain character, insane, obviously.
Character Theme~Loki Special boss theme in Ar Tonelico. Name at least fits her perfectly.
Battle Theme~Dark Messenger A final boss theme in Final Fantasy IX
Boss Theme~The Extreme Another final boss theme in Final Fantasy VIII

Let's see, insane angel/vampire that rips people apart with two creepy daggers he named "Rage" and "Distortion" and then licks the blood that scattered everywhere from the floor, walls, and ceiling. Enough said, my most insane character ever.
Character Theme~Attack of a Flash From Grandia 3, for a specific story boss battle late in the game. Yes, this guy's non-battle theme is a boss theme with a name like this. Scared yet?
Battle Theme~The Final Showdown from Tales of Vesperia. It should tell you something that the regular battle theme for him is named this;
Boss Theme~Stigmata Final boss theme from Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis. This just... Seems to fit somehow.
