Zelos is very tall--standing 179 centimeters, the third tallest in the group next to the much older Regal and Kratos. He has very long legs, and long arms which give him his tall appearance. He's very thin, also, and well-muscled (to impress the ladies, or course). His neck is thick, and his head is long and oval-shaped, his chin coming to a sharp point. Zelos's wrists are thick, with short fingers that don't show much difference in legnth. He weighs 68 kg.
In a closer view of his head, Tethe'alla's Chosen has a long, thin nose and a big mouth (literally and figuratively). His long, thin eyes are sky blue in color, which he regularly uses to captivate his hunnies. Zelos has long, red hair that cascades down his back, past his shoulders in a flurry of messy and yet well-styled curls. Two strands usually fall in front, and aroun his shoulders, it flips this way and that, and at the bottom is swirls in a delicate pattern. At the top, a few strands hand out from his headband, framing his face. His part is far to the left, and the hair on the top of his head is short and styled back in a right flip.
As for his attire, Zelos is dressed quite uniquely. Underneath everything, he wears a dark purple tank-top with a very large V-neck. Over that is his pink vest, which is also sleeveless, and comes down just over the edge of the black shirt. It doesn't meet at the end of the V--instead, it just goes down a bit before fanning out and curving to make a sort of cape that ends at the bend of his knees. The entire thing is trimmed in a thin rim of gold, and where the V ends are three sets of knobs--one on each end of a lilac-colored string. Unlike the bottom two, the top one is never fastened, and simply hangs down loosely. The inner lining of the vest is also a lilac color.
On his arms, Zelos wears mits that go all the way to his shoulder, and are fully-gloved at the bottom. They match his undershirt--the dark purple color. Although, over the top are a design, the same color as his vest. They go in a wave pattern on the outside of his arm, curving to to back up the other way on the top of his hand. The entire thing is lined with the same gold, and studded with brass at every swirl-inlet.
Next are his pants, which he wears very high up--his dark undershirt is tucked into them, where they start right at the top of his hips. They do into a sharp V, though, and at the base of the V is a large belt, curved at the bottom to give it style. The hem of it is clearly shown, and it is fastened by a large brass buckle. The rest of his pants are a perfect white, and very loose--especially toward the bottom. They tuck into his shoes, which have a cover on them that begins at the top of his ankles and attatches to the heel of his boots. The boots aren't very tall--only go a little past the ankle. Over the top of them, they have a gold cap, and the toe is also lined in a way simalar to an iron-toed boot.
As for some misaleneous features Zelos sports, he wears a white headband that is only revealed across his forehead, and is completely covered by his hair where it ties in the back. He also wears an Exphere/Cruxis Crystal, mounted on a gold Key Crest right below the inlets of his neck, right in the center. Also, he has gold angel wings that he can summon to his back at any time.

If one could describe Zelos in one word, it would be thingyy. He is absolutely obsessed with himself (in case you haven't noticed from all of the quotes and section titles). He thinks of himself as the most ultimate, wonderful person in the entire universe, and is completely ignorant that it's wrong (as is the author of this bio *cough*).
He's also quite uncaring. He'll tell someone off before they can even lift a finger, and then just laugh about it later. He can get a person angry pretty easily, and he won't even be serious about it. Zelos jokes and plays around, and doesn't know when to stop. Ever. He usually goes overboard, and winds up getting slapped.
Then there's his hunny side. He can flatter a woman faster than you can read this sentence. Being incredibly experienced in the field, he knows exactly how to flatter any woman, of any personality--even if they hate his guts. He doesn't give up at getting a woman, either--he'll just... push... harder.
And, of course, there's that gay side to him... but I'd rather not get into that. Let's just say that Zelos has his share of gay moments.
Finally, is Zelos's serious side. Underneath all of his silly, ignorant exterior, is a very worried, hateful side of Zelos. He really knows how to hold a grudge, especially at the fact that he was born a Chosen. He also always wants to be the winner--wants to be the hero, and always be on the winning team.

Zelos' father was also a Chosen, and his mother was a simple wealthy woman from Meltokio. He was born when it was raining, holding a Cruxis Crystal as the legend showed.
When he was young, Zelos was very happy, innocent, and interested in the world. He wasn't always happy about being locked up inside the mansion's grounds all the time. His mother, though, never seemed to be quite the happy person, and usually just stayed in her room all day, watching out the window. He never really saw his father much, and guessed that it was the reason that his mother always seemed to depressed.
At the age of seven, Zelos's father committed suicide. After that, Zelos's mother was even more depressed, and didn't even like to leave her room. Zelos was always worrying, but he tried to ignore it and just play otuside like a regular seven-year-old would. Although, he was constantly brought back inside when a dark-cloaked figure began to watch from over the fence, carrying a child. His butler, Sebastian, told him that it could be a kidnapper or something, and would have him go back inside the house.
Some time later, he was playing outside when a young girl with red hair wandered into the garden. Surprised, he talked to her and found out that her name was Seles. They got along well, even though Seles was relatively younger--but age didn't breach friendship when people are that young.
Some time after that, Zelos learned that Seles was actually his sister--her mother had given birth to Zelos's father's daughter, and both mothers were furious about it, demanding that their children not see eachother. Seles had been a very sickly child, anyway.
Later that winter, Zelos had finally gotten his mother to go outside, and they were building a snowman together. He'd been overjoyed--until disaster struck. They had just finished the snowman, when suddenly there was a large gust of wind, and his mother fell on top of him. Suddenly teriffied, he saw that she was bleeding heavily in her back, and he cried out for someone to help, but she objected, and then told him that he never should have been born right before she passed away.
It had been discovered that the murderer was Seles's mother, where she was arrested and Seles was to be sent to the Abbey, due to her sickness and fear that she had been corrupted by her mother.
Through the rest of his life, Zelos had learned to fight, been loyal to his royal status and had carried out the duties of the Chosen--and taking every smidge of fame for it he could possibly get. Women wouldn't get enough of him, so he let himself be surrounded by them, and eventually obsessed with him. To also put off his denial of all his hardships, he hardened into an arrogant jerk.
Although, out of the blue one day, he was with his hunnies when an Angel girl shows up--with wings simalar to his, only blue. Surprised by her lack of responce--and her attack--he almost feared her, in a way that that could have been him if Tethe'alla was the declining world.
He then later found out that she'd been Sylvarant's Chosen, and that they'd gone to Tethe'alla to try and save her. He'd agreed to be a sort of a Supervisor for them, where he eventually joined the--going against the Pope, but with Cruxis so that he could give them Collette and be on the winning side.
