Appearance: Mainly seen in his human form, Fergus is a large and intimidating man. He stands at a height of 6'8", and weighs around 310 lbs. of muscle. As such, his muscular body makes him seem a bit brutish as well. He has a caucasion skin tone, with black hair and brown eyes. However, Fergus's face is unshaven, so he has a decently sized beard. The hair on his head however, is kept short. Fergus has a permanent black eye on his left eyes, so he has a hard time seeing out of it. Even when he is not transformed, Fergus is a pretty strong man.
When he is transformed in his werewolf form, Fergus is a beast of a werewolf. He now stands at a height of 8' 2", and is 520 lbs. of pure muscle. Because of this, he is physically stronger in this form, but it's important to know that he is bidpedal in this form too. As with his hair color, Fergus's fur is black, and his body is covered with fur. As with any werewolf, his head is that of a wolf, teeth and everything. However, even in this form, he has that permanent black eye on his left eye still.
His clothing in his human form isn't much to look at. Fergus wears a loose, short sleeved shirt that is ripped in a few places, and wears black pants held up by a brown belt. He usually remains barefoot, though at times will put on a pair of brown leather boots. When he has his ax with him, a leather strap is on his body, with the ax hanging on his back.
Personality: Unlike what his appearance might show, Fergus is by no means a moron. He is a rather serious man, and as such, takes work seriously. If someone is screwing around for no reason, he tends to start yelling at him or her, especially if it's distracting Fergus from his work. Half the time though, he actually will stop on his own and start talking to someone. Fergus is actually a kind man while off of work, and helps with random jobs that he finds, no matter if it involves money or not. Usually though, he simply stays in Iselia forest near his cabin that he lives in with his son.
Now when it comes to his adopted son, Tomonari, Fergus is rather sensitive with things that deal with the boy. He likes to mess around with his son, like any father would, and makes sure he stays healthy and such. However, Fergus is extremely protective of the boy, and would risk his life to protect him. He gets angered quite easily if someone even attempts to hurt Tomonari, and all hell pretty much breaks lose if someone tries to go as far as killing his son. This is especially violent when Fergus is in his werewolf form, as the man isn't afraid to kill in order to protect him.
History: Fergus was born in Palmacosta, his father being a man named Cahir Howlru, and his mother was a woman named Aghna Roshire. There was one thing about his parents though, his father was a werewolf, and his mother a human. Fergus turned out to be a werewolf when he was born, though did not acquire his abilities right away. The fact that he was a werewolf remained a secret, however. He was taught how to fish at a young age, starting at about nine years old, and would go out with his parents anytime he could to watch them actually fish or sell fish. Fergus did in fact see his father become a werewolf a few times while he grew up, and got used to the fact that he could become a creature like that at one point. Essentially, he lived as a normal human boy until he turned thirteen.
On the night of a full moon, shortly after he turned thirteen years old, Fergus transformed into a werewolf for the first time. However, since he couldn't control what he was doing, he went berserk after he transformed, and thrashed around wildy, almost hurting his parents. Fergus was restrained and tied up in a room in his house, thanks to his father transforming, and left there until he calmed down. From then onward, his life became more strict. He learned how to fight from his father, in both human and werewolf forms, and was taught how to control his transformations to the point where Fergus could remain sane and essentially transform at will, except on full moons. The full moon would always force any werewolf to transform.
His life was repetitive and boring, though since Fergus was raised rather strictly, he never complained about it. When he was twenty-one, he met a human woman by the name of Rebecca Yuhald. Fergus began to meet this woman on a constant basis, and about two years later, they got married. However, he never did tell her that he was a werewolf, for fear of what would happen, and always hid away when he transformed on a full moon. Eight more years passed by though, and they didn't have kids yet. However, that wouldn't be happening anyways. A monster had attacked them while out on a boat, since Fergus was a fisherman like most others in Palmacosta, and due to the strength of it, he had no choice but to transform. This had shocked Rebecca, but she said nothing.
Later that same day though, Fergus had met up with Rebecca again after a while, but she came back with a angry mob of sorts. They had a disdain for Fergus's beastial form, and what happened next made him upset. First, Rebecca divorced him out of hate, and next, Fergus was threatened by some of her family to leave Palmacosta. He didn't want to cause harm to anyone, as that would make things worse, so essentially, Fergus was banished from Palmacosta. At thirty-one years old, he was a lone wolf, and traveled Sylvarant until he reached Iselia. He had decided to make a home there, but in Iselia Forest rather than the town itself, out of fear that the people of Iselia would go after him if they found out that Fergus was a werewolf.
He ended up switching jobs and working as a lumber jack for Iselia, as he had to live somehow. For ten years, Fergus minded his own business, and continued what he could do to earn a living, and not just logging either. When he was fourty-two though, things somewhat changed for him. A full moon was up, and of course, his forced transformation came. As he wasn't just going to hole himself up completely, Fergus was simply traveling around Iselia Forest, when he came upon a somewhat surprising sight. Two adults, one human man and one female elf with a small child, were back up against a cliff by a small group of attackers. From what he could hear, the small boy was a half-elf, and before Fergus could do anything, both adults were killed, and the half-elf child fell off the cliff, one that wasn't high up luckily.
Even though half-elves were disliked, Fergus wasn't going to leave a child on his own, and also remembered his own event when he was found out about being a werewolf. He rushed down to the bottom of the cliff were the boy had fallen, and found the half-elf alive, but hurt. Fergus quickly picked up the boy, and made sure that nobody else was around. After getting the child healed up a bit, he asked the boy his name. The half-elf told him that his name was Tomonari. Knowing that if he left the boy alone that he would be killed, Fergus decided to take the boy in and adopt him. For the next seven years after that, he raised Tomonari as if he was the werewolf's own.
Nothing dreadful happened over those seven years, and Fergus watched as his new son grew up from a child to a teenager. He kept Tomonari safe, and even when he was transformed, Fergus never scared the boy off. Well, he did remain sane in either human or werewolf form, so Fergus could still watch over Tomonari. For now, the werewolf just keeps on watching over the boy in Iselia Forest, and hopes that nothing will come and try to harm his son.
Other Information: Fergus can transform at will, though it is harder during the day time, and when the moon is new. However, he is forced to change during a full moon like the typical werewolf. While a werewolf, he is extremely durable, so he is hard to injure. Fergus is weak against magic. Aside from battle related capabilities, Fergus does not become insane while he is in his werewolf form. Also, he is not vulnerable to silver, as most myths say.

Beast- Arcane Arte, Earth Elemental. Rams his shoulder into the enemy (though he may not do the shoulder part if the opponent has spikes or something), and releases energy built up into his axe, which is in the shape of a beast.
Boulder Crush- Arcane Arte, Earth Elemental. Using enough force that can easily crush a boulder, he slams his axe fiercely into an opponent. May cause armor to break, but of course, this depends on the armor.
Fisticuffs Only-
Triple Strike- Base Arte. Punches an enemy three times. Simple as that.
Grapple Toss- Base Arte. Takes ahold of an enemy, and throws them in a certain direction. Most effective if he throws his opponet into, let's say, a tree for example.
Hammer Crush- Base Arte, Earth Elemental. Taking an entire arm, he comes down and smashes an opponet.
Berserker Strike- Arcane Arte. Fiercely punches his opponent nine times, and then charging up some power, deals a powerful punch to the opponent.
Feral Submission- Arcane Arte, Earth Elemental. Grabbing an opponent, he slams them into the ground, but keeps hold of the foe. Then, raising his opponet above his head, Fergus flips the opponent so that the foe's head is aimed at the ground, and finally slams the foe into the ground, head first.
